Meet Courtney


Skilled Administrative & Operations Professional with 14+ Years of Experience

I'm Courtney, a wife, mama, and former corporate executive assistant. After having my first child in 2014, I was left feeling unfulfilled personally and professionally. I always felt I was not able to give my all in either place. At work I felt guilty for missing time with my babies and when I was with my babies I felt guilty because I wasn't working as long of hours as my colleagues without children. Over the last nearly seven years, I have been on a journey to create a life of freedom, fulfillment, and happiness, which lead me to start my business.

I have over 14 years of administrative and operations experience partnering with executives, leadership teams, and senior management in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. I thrive as a strategic partner and helping free up leaders by organizing their ideas, time, and clients, so they can reach their business goals and reach their personal potential. 

I created this business to help leaders and entrepreneurs scale their businesses and impact more clients without sacrificing their personal life. I allow you to thrive in your zone of genius, doing the work you love and building a career around the life you love.
